I am a retired, GM Salaried
Employee and about 15 years ago, I felt a
calling from the Lord to get into this field.
I have spent many years working on my own
issues and discovered traditional talk therapy
was not enough for me.
20 years ago, I began my own journey utilizing
Bioenergetic therapy. This type of therapy
helps people find out their true self and
desires in life. The person that God intended
for them to be.

Bioenergetics is a form of therapy that combines work with the body,
mind and emotions to help people resolve their emotional problems and
realize more of their potential for pleasure and joy in living. Bioenergetics
can be used for:
- Exploring new ways to deal with personal problems
- Identify stressors, fears and other emotions such as
anger and anxiety
- Help with sleep issues
- Expand the capacity for intimacy
- Heal sexual trauma and issues
- Gain understanding of your mind-body connection
I believe all people want to be loved for who they are
at their core. The Lord has gifted me with helping people
get in touch with their true authentic person. I assist
individuals in loving who they are and enhancing their
strengths.
