Thomas Swieboda M.S.W.

I realize the importance of experiences in a child’s life, and how children can be affected by these for a lifetime. The role of parents is crucial in providing healthy experiences. Through open communication, positive interactions, caring and love, families can grow, develop and reach their full potential. My goal is to help facilitate these changes with families.

I consider it to be a privilege when families allow me to enter into their lives through discussing their feelings and concerns. It is important to every family member that they be heard and understood. My work is to create a comfortable, peaceful environment where this can take place. Once family members feel safe and accepted, they can begin to talk about what they need from one another.
